How do I get a SASCU Member Card® debit card?
Whenever you open an account, a Member Card is issued. You can open your account at any of our three branches.
Do I have to pay for my Member Card?
No, your Member Card is free.
I lost my Member Card, what do I do?
Contact your branch as soon as you notice your card is missing, lost
or stolen. If you lose your card when your branch is not open,
contact a Member Card® representative at 1-800-567-8111 to report your card.
Do I have to pay for a replacement Member Card?
No, we will be happy to replace your card upon presentation and approval
of a piece of photo identification.
My Member Card doesnt work, what do I do?
If you are having trouble with your Member Card (cant remember
your PIN (Personal Identification Number), strip has de-magnetized, etc.), visit one of our three branches
and a Member Service Representative will be more than happy to assist
you.
I need to re-pin my Member Card.
Visit any of our three branches where you can re-pin your Member Card at a branch ATM or through a Member Service Representative upon presentation and approval of a piece of photo
identification.
Can I get an extra Member Card for my spouse?
No, only one card is issued per signing member of an account.
Why does my Member Card now come with a chip and a magnetic strip?
Starting Fall 2010, all new SASCU Member Cards come with this added security feature, for more information, visit the frequently asked questions about chip-enabled cards.
When I use the ATM, the message says that my card is invalid.
