Our mortgage products are available with terms ranging from six months to seven years and amortization periods of up to 30 years. All SASCU mortgage products qualify for inclusion in our Patronage Rebate Program. This unique program rewards members for their relationship with us. Through the program, you can receive a rebate on loan interest. These rebates can be significant – just think past rebates have been as high as 15.5% on loan interest paid.

SASCU Fixed Rate Mortgage

Terms:  6 month to 7 year – closed

• Prepayment of 15% of original mortgage balance permitted annually
• Bi-weekly, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payments
• Applicable to Conventional or CMHC insured mortgages
• Eligible for SASCU Patronage Rebate Program.

SASCU Variable Rate Mortgages

Term:   3 years only

Features

• Prepayment of 15% of original mortgage balance permitted annually
• Bi-weekly, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payments
• Annual payment increase of up to 100% of regular monthly payment, once in a calendar year
