SASCU Fixed Rate Mortgage

Term: 3 – 7 year – closed

Interest Rate: up to 1.4% off posted rate*

• Prepayment of 15% of original mortgage balance permitted annually
• Bi-weekly, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payments
• Applicable to Conventional or CMHC insured mortgages

SASCU Variable Rate Mortgages

Term – 3 years

Interest Rate: ¼% below prime

Features:

• Prepayment of 15% of original mortgage balance permitted annually
• Bi-weekly, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly payments
