Cash Service Representatives – Casual

Often throughout the year, we hire casual Cash Service Representatives (CSRs) within our branch network.

Working in a friendly, team-oriented environment, our Cash Service Representatives are the face of our organization. We see every interaction with our members as an opportunity to share our expertise and improve our members’ financial well-being—and we’re always thinking of ways we can have a positive impact in our communities.

Although some cash-handling experience is expected, we’re mainly looking for people who have superior communication and customer service skills. If you come equipped with those, plus the following:

• Grade 12 graduation
• computer skills
• flexibility around working varied hours, sometimes on short notice
• a commitment to continued learning, and
• a passion for excellence...

then it sounds like you’d be a star in this role. And don’t worry if you haven’t worked in a financial institution before, we’ll provide you with ample training to ensure you face our members with confidence.
