Self-Serve Password Reset allows you to reset your password - giving you more control of your account.
Forgot your password and locked yourself out? No more waiting until the next day to reset your password. After launch, you'll be able to reset your password yourself, anytime and anywhere!
I forgot my password. How do I use Password Reset?
Simply click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, in Online Banking or the app, and follow the prompts.
I'm getting an error message. Why can't I use Password Reset?
If 'Forgot Password?", isn't working for you it's likely a SIN related issue.
- Make sure the SIN that's being typed is the last 3-digits of the account owner's SIN.
- If you're sure you're typing the correct SIN, contact us via phone or in branch. We will need to check that we have your SIN on file or that you haven't opted out from sharing.
- If not, we can easily add your SIN for you to use this feature.
- If you don't want your SIN on file, you won't be able to use the Password Reset feature (it's how we verify you are you).
Note: Call us before trying your SIN multiple times. It should work on the first try!
