About Our Pay Transparency Report

As part of B.C.’s Pay Transparency Act, SASCU is now required to prepare and publish an annual Pay Transparency Report. The legislation is intended to increase awareness and transparency around pay and help identify differences in compensation between gender groups across organizations. The report provides information about SASCU’s workforce and summarizes differences in areas such as hourly pay, overtime and bonus pay using employee gender information collected for reporting purposes. The results are reported at an organizational level and are subject to requirements designed to protect individual employee information. Beginning in 2026, B.C. employers with 50 or more employees are
required to complete this report annually and make it publicly available. This report reflects SASCU’s compliance with those requirements and supports our ongoing commitment to fair and transparent compensation practices.
